شروط الخدمة لـ DowTik X
1. الاستخدام الشخصي والمشروع
تم تقديم منصة DowTik X لخدمة تحميل فيديوهات وصور متحركة من إكس للأغراض الشخصية والتعليمية المشروعة فقط. يُمنع منعاً باتاً استخدام المنصة لتحميل محتوى محمي بحقوق الطبع والنشر بهدف إعادة نشره تجارياً أو تحقيق أرباح مادية دون موافقة صريحة من المالك الأصلي للمحتوى.
2. إخلاء المسؤولية القانونية
منصة DowTik X هي أداة طرف ثالث تقنية مستقلة ولا تتبع ولا ترتبط رسمياً بشركة إكس (تويتر) أو أي من الشركات التابعة لها. المستخدم يتحمل وحده المسؤولية القانونية الكاملة عن طبيعة المحتوى المحمل وطرق استخدامه وإعادة نشره، ونحن نخلي مسؤوليتنا بالكامل عن أي خرق لحقوق الملكية الفكرية يقوم به المستخدم.
3. التعديلات وتوافق الخوارزميات
بما أن منصة إكس تقوم بتحديث خوارزمياتها وبنيتها البرمجية باستمرار، فإننا لا نضمن استمرارية الخدمة بنسبة 100% دون أي انقطاع مؤقت. نحن نعمل باستمرار على تحديث خوادمنا لتتوافق مع التحديثات التقنية للمنصة فوراً لتوفير خدمة مستقرة ومرنة.

1. Fair & Personal Use
The DowTik X platform is provided solely for personal, educational, and fair-use video downloads from X. It is strictly prohibited to utilize this service to extract copyrighted material with the intent of commercial redistribution or financial monetization without clear explicit consent from the original creator.
2. Limitation of Liability
DowTik X is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated, sponsored, or associated with X Corp or Twitter. The user bears sole responsibility for the legality of downloaded files and any copyright violations. We hereby disclaim all liability arising from unauthorized content distribution or intellectual property breaches.
3. Scraper Maintenance & Updates
Because X Corp frequently updates its system structures and protection scripts, service availability is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We perform continuous backend server enhancements to adapt immediately to X changes, striving to maximize scraper uptime and responsiveness.
